You may request closure of your 789gam account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 789gam may apply a dormancy fee as detailed in the fee schedule available in account settings. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
789gam currently supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and selected debit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 789gam does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits.
All balances, stakes, returns and promotional values are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by 789gam.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 789gam is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been successfully placed before leaving the relevant screen.
All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or event organiser. For cricket, this includes PSL, international T20, Test matches and other formats covered on the platform. For football, the official result at the end of standard match time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) applies unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

Note: If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, 789gam may remove the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds.
